The rules and terms governing use of this website.
State that by using the service, users agree to be bound by these terms, and that they should not use the service if they do not agree.
State the minimum age requirement clearly (commonly 18+ for any service involving financial risk), and any other eligibility requirements such as jurisdiction restrictions.
Clearly describe what the product actually is — for example, whether it involves real money, virtual currency only, or something else. Ambiguity here is a common source of user harm and legal risk.
If the product involves any financial risk, state plainly that:
List prohibited behavior: cheating, exploiting bugs, using automated tools, harassment, fraud, or attempting to circumvent age or jurisdiction restrictions.
State who owns the app, its content, branding, and trademarks, and what limited license (if any) is granted to users.
Explain the circumstances under which an account may be suspended or terminated.
State the operator's limitation of liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, and clarify that the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Specify which jurisdiction's law governs the agreement, and note that users are still responsible for complying with their own local laws.
Explain how and when updated terms take effect, and how users will be notified.
